Services / Recruiting

Show the work. Meet the people.

Recruiting video production that helps candidates picture the role, the team and the everyday work before they apply.

Recruiting

Help candidates make an informed choice.

A job listing can describe qualifications and benefits, but it rarely shows what a shift feels like or how people work together. A recruiting film gives candidates a more concrete introduction. Begin with the questions applicants ask your hiring team, the tasks they will encounter and the information they need to decide whether to continue the conversation.

AHP plans recruiting videos around real roles rather than generic claims about culture. Your team helps identify employees who want to participate, locations that can be shown and details that must stay accurate. The finished story can sit beside a job listing, introduce a department or support a hiring event. A St. Cloud base supports filming across Minnesota and nationwide.

What we make

Recruiting video types.

Role previews

Show the actual tasks, tools and setting associated with a position, using plain explanations instead of an idealized version of the job.

Employee conversations

Let willing employees describe their work in their own words, with questions that invite specific examples rather than scripted praise.

Team introductions

Introduce the people a new hire may work beside and explain how the team connects with the wider organization.

Hiring-event edits

Plan shorter versions and captioned clips for career pages, presentations and social channels, with each format agreed before filming.

Industries we film for

The AHP process

How it works.

01

Understand the role

Talk with the hiring manager about candidate questions, required skills and realistic expectations. Decide what the video should clarify, not promise.

02

Prepare participants

Select willing interviewees, explain how their footage may be used and coordinate time away from regular duties with their supervisors.

03

Capture everyday work

Film useful examples of the role and record natural conversations. Check that visible tasks and working conditions reflect the position being discussed.

04

Check the details

Route edits through the people responsible for hiring information. Confirm role descriptions and calls to action before delivering the agreed versions.

Good questions

Before we roll.

Do employees need to memorize a script?

Not necessarily. A prepared conversation can bring out useful details without memorized lines. We plan prompts with your team and explain the approach before filming.

Can we cover several roles in one project?

Yes, when the schedule, participants and deliverables support it. Identify each role early so the filming plan does not rely on one generic story.

Can the video guarantee more applications?

No application or hiring result is promised. The purpose is to give candidates clearer information and material your team can use in recruiting.

What if pay or benefits change later?

Decide which time-sensitive details belong in the video and which belong on an updateable job page. That choice helps avoid unnecessary future edits.

Can we reuse footage for other departments?

Discuss intended uses, participant permissions and deliverables during planning. Additional edits should be scoped rather than assumed to be included in the original project.
